I am not going to bury the lede.

The good guys are going to win this thing on Tuesday.  And, we will know that the good guys have won on Tuesday evening.  I am guessing that Obama will break the two-hundred and seventy electoral vote threshold at about a quarter after eight PM PST.

All the shenanigans in Ohio and Florida, and the True the Vote douchewackets will not be able to steal this election for the GOP.  Women, all across this nation, are going to come out in full force on Tuesday and nail this thing down for Obama/Biden.

Here is what the map will look like.  Obama will win the Electoral College 332-206.  Obama will win the National Popular vote fifty to forty-seven.  Democrats will maintain control of the Senate, with a fifty-three to forty-six edge.  No one knows what that crazy guy in Maine is going to do, who he will caucus with, whatever, ... Obama will still have to deal with an intransigent GOP House of Representatives, of which the GOP will have a majority of 238-197.  As much as I would like to see loony tunes Michele Bachmann ousted in Minnesota, I do not think it will happen.

Claire McCaskill will defeat Todd Akin; Professor -- boy, did that strategy backfire -- Elizabeth Warren will become Senator Warren; Joe Donnelly will defeat Dick Mourdock; Tester will win in Montana; Kaine will win in Virginia; Heitkamp will lose in North Dakota; and Tammy Baldwin will win in Wisconsin.

And, Joe Walsh will be thrown out on his ear, and will become a whackjob Fox News contributor.

Charlie Pierce is so right. (UPDATED!)

Despite Mittens' debacle of a European Tour, and his notorious continuing tradition of at least a gaffe a day, the national polls show this thing neck and neck less than a hundred days before the General.

And, we know why we won't see any more tax returns.  Because those are the years he did not pay any frickin' taxes.

Meanwhile, the "Lefty/Liberal" media maintain their fine tradition of screaming, "Everybody does it!" and Concern Trolling Democrats when they announce Elizabeth Warren will be speaking at the Convention.  "Oh no! Such a lightning rod!" You know what happens when you have an awesome strong woman speak her mind in front of a large crowd? All hell breaks loose, that's what, and the Founding Fathers cry.  And everyone will have to get Gay Married.

When will anyone in the media hold Mittens and his GOP Clown Car friends accountable? This time last year after the Sequester Debt Deal, Boehner said, "I got ninety-eight per cent of what I wanted." Yesterday he said he's throwing the whole Sequester in the dustbin, and crying that Obama will not negotiate.

(You want to balance the budget? Cut the frickin' defense budget! Everyone knows this but refuses to confront our beloved Public Servants with these facts.  Just where are our priorities?)

I am not panicking, yet.  But nothing really shocks me about our electorate these days.

Donate to Obama if you can, please.  Anything.  And donate to Planned Parenthood, too.

Whatever? We gotta kill Planned Parenthood before you get your dough.

In action:  Eric Cantor is suggesting that we hold federal tornado relief dollars from the folks in Joplin, Tuscaloosa, Oklahoma, and Texas unless targeted discretionary spending programs are slashed, as well.

Meanwhile, other GOP "Reps" like Patrick McHenry think it is cool and funny to play loose with the facts about the schedule and then cry about Ms Warren's "blatant sense of entitlement."

Why on earth would we even let these guys get to the table when the real budget gets discussed? Or the debt ceiling?

Dick Armey and the Koch Bros created this Astroturf Teabagger Revolution and we voted 'em in.  You get what you pay for, I suppose.
